Last things

Today is my last day at Great Oaks. I began the day with a mixture of emotions - sadness, excitement, and more. I know I'm a woman but this is just crazy that I can feel so many emotions at once. Anyway, this has been a day of last things. I've cleaned out my desk, taken stuff off the walls, and thrown out junk that I don't need to keep. I've wrapped up everything that I was working on. It's about time to leave. Wow. I never dreamed it would end this way. But here I go...on to the next adventure.
