New boss

I have a new boss. Strange to have yet another new boss in such a short amount of time. I was hired under one director, worked the summer under our interim director and now we have hired an executive director. Well not really hired so much as promoted the business manager. His first official day is today. I'm not at camp though, I'm in Chicago for a training. It's nice to have a decision made and a boss in place rather than waiting and wondering. There will be challenges along the way but I'm trusting God to do great things here. We now have a rookie staff of three people who are going to learn and grow together. There's great potential here and it'll be great to see how God is going to use us.
