CASA

I've mentioned a program called CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates) on this blog before. It's a court program where I service as an advocate for a child in an abuse/neglect case. Well, I've signed up for it again here in Peoria County. I was just notified that we're being sworn in today. I don't anticipate taking a case until August because my summer is going to be too busy to have one now. But I am looking forward to getting more involved with that.
